Completion Report
A Building completion report is similar to a pre-purchase building report but also contains current building code requirements and evaluates in detail all the finishes in the building. This inspection is for the clients purchasing a newly constructed property so as to identify general defects.
A final inspection will identify any incomplete work, defective work, poor workmanship, substandard installations and any other items that require resolving.
A pest report is not normally included, as new properties are subject to regulations regarding adequate pest barriers. A pest report can be included if the adequacy of pest barriers are suspect and the client requires confirmation of preventative barriers in place.
