A Pre-Sale inspection is prepared at no cost to the vendor or agent and they are impartial to the reports we provide on each property. These reports are prepared prior to auction and are available to order form our website.

- Once a refund has been approved the consumer of the report terminates any further association or rights to the report
- The consumer of the reports who has applied for a refund must not be the purchaser of the property
- The consumer requesting a refund must not be associated the new title holder of the property in question
- Refunds must be claimed within 7 days after the Auction or 6 weeks for properties listed FOR SALE
