Pre-Purchase Building & Pest Reports
A pre-purchase inspection is conducted when a client has signed a contract and is subject to a cooling of period or would like to bid on a property at an upcoming auction where no reports are available on the particular property.

- Client can discuss inspections with our Accredited Inspectors on site
- A refund of up to 30% (See schedule of fees) of the inspection cost is refunded* (Conditions Apply). (Effective of 1st February 2012).

- Once a refund has been approved the consumer of the report terminates any further association or rights to the report and must not be the purchaser of the property.
- The consumer requesting a refund must not be associated with the new title holder of the property in question
